250年以上の歴史を持つトリノの伝説のカフェ『ビチェリン』の全店グランドメニュー。各店毎に情報が違いまたメニューの変更も多いため、動きのあまりないメニューは冊子とし、動きのあるメニューはペラにして一緒にタトウに挟み込む形状とすることで、更新性の良いメニューとしました。
ハローキティとのコラボメニューは可愛くなり過ぎないよう意識しました。
